CLX Body Jump

Stand with your feet in the middle two Easy Grip Loops separated by one loop and the ends of the CLX in your hands. Spread your feet hip-width apart and lower into a semi-squat position. Jump upward while extending your arms straight overhead. Land softly, keeping your knees in line with your shoulders instead of buckling inward. Rest and repeat.
