Suns out, guns out? More like suns out, buns out! Give your glute muscles a challenge with this simple TheraBand CLX exercise, courtesy of exercise physiologist and personal trainer Jackie Church. Incorporate this move into your leg day routine for a well-rounded training program (and a well-rounded behind!).

CLX Donkey Kick

Place the ends of the CLX around each foot. Get into position on all fours, and hold the center of the CLX in both hands. Kick a single leg up towards the ceiling, leading with the heel. After multiple repetitions, repeat with the other leg.
