CLX In-and-outs

Start seated with the CLX center loops around your legs at knee height. Place the end loops around each wrist and balance with knees at chest and arms wrapping around the knees in a V-like position. Tighten core and extend legs straight with your arms straight out to the side. Return to starting position and repeat.
