CLX Lateral Straight Leg Raise

Start seated with the CLX center loops around your feet. Place the end loops around each hand and raise them above your head. Keeping both arms and legs straight, lower your right arm and raise your right leg simultaneously, balancing on your left. Return to the staring position and repeat. Switch sides.
