Our Performance Health Scientific Advisory Committee members have been hard at work researching over the past year, and we’re expecting some impactful and insightful results. Our annual TRAC meeting is quickly approaching, and we’re excited for all of the new research and visions that will come out of this meeting of the minds!
Dr. Barton N. Bishop, PT, DPT, SCS, TPI CGFI-MP2, CSCS of Sport & Spine Rehab in Washington, DC. is another Advisory Committee veteran, back with more TheraBand Kinesiology Tape research. This year, Dr. Bishop and his research team have been focusing on two aspects of kinesiology tape. The first is kinesiology tape tension, attempting to discover if progressive kinesiology taping tension can give more stimuli to the body. The second is researching the use of kinesiology tape after cervical manipulation and the role it plays in reducing soreness post and increasing/maintaining range of motion.
Learn more about Dr. Bishop’s research on kinesiology tape tensions and stay tuned for the results in August!
