These bands were made for walking! Follow along with exercise physiologist and personal trainer Jackie Church as she shows you how to blast your legs, glutes and get a cardio kick with the help of the TheraBand CLX.

CLX Lateral Walk

Place the middle loops of the CLX band above each knee. Hold each end of the band in your hands. Start with feet shoulder width apart in a low squat. Step laterally with one foot, following with the other.
