CLX Pressing Fast Feet
Place the center loops of the CLX around your feet and the distal ends of the bands in each hand. Get in an athletic stance and start lifting your feet in a fast-feet motion. Maintain that movement while you raise your hands in a pushing movement, like you’re pushing someone away. Continue this movement to get a blast of cardio!
