Place the distal ends of the CLX on each foot with the middle of the band secured in both hands. Assume a position on all fours with elbows on the floor. Extend the left leg out and reach up and over the right leg. Bring the leg back and extend as far left as you can go without losing your balance, in a “rainbow” motion. Repeat with the right leg.
