Want to learn how to fly? First, you’ll need the back muscles to make it happen! Strengthen your wings with a simple TheraBand CLX, courtesy of exercise physiologist and personal trainer Jackie Church! You’ll sculpt your trapezius and rhomboids with only two loops; how easy is that?!

CLX Reverse Fly

Place your hands in each center loop of the CLX, palms facing each other. In an athletic stance, start with your arms straight out in front of you with your elbows slightly bent. To perform the exercise, squeeze your shoulder blades together and bring your arms to your side on the same plane. Return to the starting position and repeat.
