CLX Seated Calf Press

Seated at the end of a chair, place your feet in the middle loops of the TheraBand CLX. Grab the ends of the band in each hand at the desired resistance. Extend both legs out and press your right foot down, activating the calf muscle. Retract to the starting position and repeat. Switch legs.
