Researchers used the Bandcizer® device to monitor and quantify the exercise dosage of a TheraBand resistance training program in adolescents with patellofemoral pain.
In this randomized controlled trial of 90 patients with patellofemoral pain, 2 days of kinesiology taping significantly improved pain, proprioception (JPS), and daily limitations, compared to placebo taping.
