CLX Sit to Stand

Seated at the end of a chair, place your feet in the middle loops of the TheraBand CLX. Place the ends of the band over each shoulder. From the seated position, stand slowly and return to the chair in a proper squat position, only touching lightly before returning back up to a standing position.
