Hooray; it’s leg day! If you needed an exercise that will give you a burst of cardio and make your legs feel weak (and then eventually stronger after you struggle to sit down on the toilet for a couple of days), we’ve got the move for you! Exercise physiologist and personal trainer Jackie Church modified this move to be even tougher with the help of TheraBand CLX resistance so you can get the most out of every step. Enjoy!
Place the center loops of the CLX over your quadriceps and grab the distal ends of the band in each hand. Keeping your chest up and facing forward, jump to the left and land in a curtsy lunge on your left leg. Jump up and over to the right side, landing in a curtsy lunge on your ride leg. Repeat.
