We’ve got a challenging ab move to show you on this #FitnessFriday we’re sure will get your heart rate revved and your abs screaming. All you need is the TheraBand CLX and exercise physiologist and personal trainer Jackie Church to help get you started!

CLX Standing Oblique Crunch

Place your feet in middle loops of the TheraBand CLX, holding the distal ends in each hand. Raise your arms to shoulder height. To perform the movement, balance on your left foot. Raise your right knee while bending at your side to meet your right elbow to your right knee. Return to the starting position and repeat. Switch sides.
