CLX Standing Reverse Fly
Place your feet in middle loops of the TheraBand CLX, holding the distal ends of the bands in each hand. Cross the bands so the ends form an “x” in front of your legs. In an athletic, slightly bent position, start with your hands at chest height in prayer position. Raise them up and out into a “w” or field goal motion, then return to starting position. Repeat.
