CLX Straight Leg Scissor Kick

Place the center loops of the CLX above the knee on the thigh with the distal ends in each hand. To start, lay on your back with your arms and legs straight toward the ceiling. Lower one leg toward the ground (never making contact, while you extend both arms overhead. Return to the starting position and repeat with the opposite leg. Repeat.
