You didn’t think we’d forget about triceps, did you?! A perfect compliment to your #chestday pump, this workout will help you build some bulk. Try out this super simple move with the TheraBand CLX., compliments of exercise physiologist and personal trainer Jackie Church!

CLX Tricep Extension

Place your feet in middle loops of the TheraBand CLX, holding the distal ends of the bands in each hand. In a slightly squatted athletic position, curl your arms to chest level with your elbows back. Extended your left arm behind you so your arm is straight, then return to the starting position. Repeat with the right arm.
