CLX Upright X-Row

Place your feet in middle loops of the TheraBand CLX, holding the distal ends of the bands in each hand. Cross the bands so the ends form an “x” in front of your legs. In an athletic, slightly bent position, start with your hands together at thigh level. Pull the band up toward the chin, then return to starting position. Repeat.
